1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Datallo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Datallo is operated by DataLendR LLC.

2. Description of Service

Datallo is a travel planning application that provides:

  • Trip itinerary generation based on your preferences.
  • Nearby restaurant and activity discovery.
  • Social media link imports (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to save travel spots.
  • eSIM data plans for international connectivity in 190+ countries.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Datallo offers a free tier and a Pro subscription with additional features.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
  • eSIM purchases are separate from the subscription and are non-refundable once activated.

5. eSIM Services

  • eSIM plans are provided through third-party partners.
  • Coverage, speed, and availability may vary by location and carrier.
  • Datallo is not responsible for network outages or service interruptions by carriers.
  • Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and technology in the Datallo app are owned by DataLendR LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Datallo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of trip recommendations, nearby suggestions, or imported spot locations. Travel plans should always be verified independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

DataLendR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to travel disruptions, data loss, or eSIM connectivity issues.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
